Numerous studies prove that people who sing a lot are healthier! Scientists at the Institute for Music Education at Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main recently discovered that singing strengthens the immune system and can thus prevent colds.
Other research shows positive effects on our cardiovascular system and a mood-enhancing effect of singing has been demonstrated in several other studies.
