About me
I am Svenja Hinzmann, a voice for you with a 'wow' guarantee.
With my exceptional voice and professional appearance, I will help you create moments that will give you goosebumps and bring tears of joy even years later.
Be it singing lessons for individuals, workshops and seminars for small to medium-sized groups, performances within the framework of your specifications or performances of my own programs: for me the main focus is to make the moment a unique experience!
My Philosophy
Music is colorful, diverse, and multifaceted. Committing to just one style would be like painting with only one color on a canvas.
For me, music is much more than just a form of entertainment; it's an expression of my innermost feelings and thoughts. I move between a wide variety of musical genres, as each style within each genre brings a new and unique experience.
Every genre has its own story, its own emotions, and its own rhythm, and that's precisely what attracts me. I explore musical styles from a wide variety of genres, using their nuances as the colors of my life.
Whether it's the passionate intensity of rock, the gentle melancholy of classical music, the pulsating beats of hip-hop, or the unique creativity of jazz — each genre offers me new perspectives and sources of inspiration. This diversity allows me to establish a deeper connection with my own emotions while simultaneously empathizing with others.
In my musical journey, I don't strive for perfection, but for authenticity. It's about being honest and open with the sounds that surround me. I see music as a universal language that allows me to communicate across cultural and societal boundaries. By experimenting with different styles, I find my own voice while simultaneously learning from the masters of their respective genres.
By combining genres, I discover the potential for creative expression that helps me better understand myself and the world around me.
Ultimately, my personal philosophy is characterized by freedom. The freedom to feel, experiment, and discover. This exciting journey through the worlds of sound is what keeps me moving.
My work
Sharing what I have experienced, deepening what has proven successful and daring to try new things – that’s what defines me.
I work as a vocal coach to help people develop their vocal abilities. In addition to the actual singing lessons, I place great emphasis on teaching breathing techniques, vocal training methods, and techniques for improving expression.
In addition to private lessons, I regularly coach various choirs and bands in workshops and seminars.
I have also been a lecturer at the Saarbrücken University of Music since 2018. ( Svenja Hinzmann at HfM Saarbrücken).
Over the years, I have participated in various formations and bands, or worked as a soloist. Even today, participation in several bands remains an integral part of my work ( band activities).
My work would be incomplete without my stage projects ( own projects). For example, I offer my own interpretations of Joni Mitchell'sBoth Sides Now as a stage program.
My Stations
The diversity and multifaceted nature of music is reflected in the stages of my journey.
My career has been a journey full of exciting moments that have shaped me.
When I began my vocal training, I never dreamed it would become my career. But over time, I discovered my passion for singing and music and grew beyond my initial insecurities. My path has led me to some exciting destinations ( Moments).
Today, I look back on these milestones and recognize how they converged to shape the person I am today. Every challenge, every decision, and every lesson has matured me and helped me see more clearly what I want to achieve in life and in my work. My career path is not just a collection of milestones, but a profound development of my personality.
